What we do

Recent data from the Active Lives Survey revealed that 24.5% of adults over the age of 16 in Wiltshire and Swindon are classified as inactive. We work to decrease this percentage, through providing opportunities for communities across our county to engage in regular physical activity.

An infographic showing the activity levels in Wiltshire and Swindon. 65.4% of adults are active, 10.2% are fairly active, and 24.5% are inactive.

Our Strategy

We are currently developing a new strategy for 2022-2027, which will focus on implementing Sport England's national strategy at local level, responding to the needs of our local communities in Wiltshire and Swindon. Find out more about Sport England's Strategy, 'Uniting the Movement' below.
