Here you will also find support information on Safeguarding from both NSPCC and Ann Craft Trust along with general advice for coaches, clubs and organisations from Club Matters and UK Coaching.

Supporting clubs and community organisations to tackle inactivity and inequality of opportunity to be active.
Our bursary scheme supports volunteers to get the training they need, upskilling our county's workforce
Provides support, learning and guidance on all aspects of running a club whatever the size
UK Coaching provide support and training for sports coaches
CPSU work to build the capacity of sports to safeguard children and young people in and through sport
Ann Craft Trust supports organisations to safeguard disabled children and adults at risk and minimise the risk of harm

Screwfix FoundationPriorities/details: The Foundation raises funds throughout the year to support causes that will change people's lives.

They work with both national and local charities donating much needed funding to help all sorts of projects, from repairing buildings and improving facilities in deprived areas, to decorating the homes of people living with sickness or disability. We review all applications. Of particular relevance are the following:

· Will the funds help people in need (by reason of financial hardship)

· Sickness, disability or other disadvantage or distress) in the UK?

· Does the project relate to the repair, maintenance, improvement or

· Construction of homes, community facilities and other buildings?

· Will the project be environmentally friendly?

Deadline: Applications can be submitted at anytime. Applications are reviewed in January, April

and July.
