Free Yoga Sessions for Schools
We know that there is a lot of confusion and uncertainty about the current situation which is likely to lead to increased levels of stress among both young people and their teachers over the coming weeks and months. Schools have told us they would like relaxation resources to help with this, as well as for those with exam stress.
In response to this, we have produced a series of Relaxation & Meditation through Yoga videos produced locally by Sarah Naylor, Salisbury’s Park Yoga Instructor! The sessions are:
- Pre-recorded online sessions
- Suitable for both students and staff
- Minimal/no equipment needed
- Last approximately 15 minutes
Sarah has also produced an accompanying video guide on how to sit comfortably when taking part in the sessions, as many people of all ages find it hard to remain comfortable for more than a few minutes.
