FAQs

Below you will find some of the key questions you may have about being a Pupil Voice Ambassador.

If you submitted a question, your answer will be included below.

How many interviews should I complete?

We want to hear from as many young people as possible! However, we want the interviews to be high quality, so don't rush through them just so you can interview lots of people.

What is my role as a Pupil Voice Ambassador this year?

Thanks to you, we managed to gather insight from 510 young people across the county! We were able to find out their barriers to accessing physical activity, their activity levels, and what sports they would like to try.

For the 2022-2023 Programme, we want you to help us understand more about why young people are not engaging with physical activity. We have created a brand new survey which asks more details questions and helps us explore topics in more detail. We will be sending this out directly to schools, so one of your jobs is to make sure your pupils have completed it.

Alongside the survey, we want to collect more in depth information to help us find out what young people really think of being active. To do this, we need you to conduct interviews with people from your school, and other schools.

We also want your input on what kind of events we can run for young people to help them be more active. There is also the opportunity for you to help deliver an activity as part of our School Games Festival!

Throughout the year we will also be asking for your input on School Games related topics.
