Walking Sports
If you enjoy walking, but want to get a little competitive and play within a team, why not try a walking sport?
Walking sports are traditional sports played at a slower, walking pace. This means they are accessible to older people, people who thought they could never play again due to injury, age or medical condition or people that have never played before but would like to start something social, fun and enjoyable.
Fitness and Friendship Clubs
WASP has a long-standing partnership arrangement with Age UK Wiltshire. Together we are shaping and providing support and services for older people including our successful Fitness & Friendship clubs operating across the county.
