  • The Sports Awards were held on Tuesday 24 September in the Atrium of County Hall Trowbridge and was a well attended successful evening enjoyed by all.
  • The special guest for the evening was Mark Colbourne MBE who won the Gold medal in 3Km Pursuit  in the 2012 London Paralympic Games.
  • We were also pleased to welcome Phil de Glanville former England Rugby Captain who presented the awards.
  • Official of the year - Andrew Evans
  • Young Volunteer of the year - Tom North
  • Most inclusive club of the year - Swindon Shock Wheelchair Basketball Club
  • Most Innovative Club of the year - Wiltshire Martial Arts Club
  • Sport Club of the year - Sarum Orienteering Club
  • Most inclusive coach of the year - Tony Ellis
  • Young coach of the year - Jonnie Crowley
  • Participation coach of the year - Brian Roberts
  • High performance coach of the year - Deb Hows
  • Achievement & recognition award - Chris Penelham
  • The Roger Byrne unsung hero of the year - Debbie Adlam
  • Long service to sport award - went to all 5 nominees - David Bullock, Shirley Bullock, John Stow, Fred Kerley & Dave Amey.
  • Sports personality of the year for athlete with disability - Martin Lane
  • Young personality of the year - Jake Ness
  • Sports personality of the year - Emily Benham
  • Wiltshire School Games winners - Primary School - Bitham Brook,  Secondary School - St John's  
  • Swindon School Games winners - Primary School - Covingham, Secondary School - Ridgeway
